Dan has been successfully administering sound financial guidance and wealth management strategies for his clients since he started his career in 2003!
Dan has obtained and sustains the professional designation Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) from the College for Financial Planning. He also holds the FINRA Series 7, 31, and 66 registrations as well as Life, Health, and Variable Products Insurance licenses.
After 15 years working between two large Wall Street firms, Dan opened Abel Wealth Management as an Independent Investment Advisory Representative* for American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. As an Independent Advisor, Dan has the freedom to offer unbiased and diverse wealth strategies as a Fiduciary with only the best interest of his clients in mind.
Dan graduated from Florida State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Dan is an active member of the community having served as an Ambassador with the Ponte Vedra Beach Division of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce.
Dan lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife Christina, and they enjoy spending most of their time outdoors. He enjoys Sailing, Golf, Water Skiing, Scuba Diving, Deep Sea Fishing, Home Renovations, Softball, Surfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding.
